Meet Pastor Matt
Matt Surber has served as Istrouma's Senior Pastor since 2007. His desire is to help Istrouma reach the community and the world with the love of Christ. Pastor Matt has a clear vision and a passion for reaching out to the city of Baton Rouge. Under his leadership, Istrouma has also seen many improvements to the campus, like the renovations to preschool and children's spaces, and exciting additions, such as the family-friendly ball fields and sports facilities.
One of Matt's greatest achievements is his family! He is married to Becky, and they have two sons, Caleb and Joshua. Check out his blog, and weekly sermons online.
