Istrouma Small Groups
At Istrouma Baptist Church, we believe emotional and spiritual growth is fostered the most in small groups. Whether you're a rising middle schooler or a retiree enjoying your golden years, we have a community for you. Our small groups meet on Sunday mornings and midweek at both the Baton Rouge Campus and Ascension Campus.

WOMEN'S HOME GROUPS
Hosted in homes around the Baton Rouge area, these Bible studies cover important and relevant topics for women living in today's society.
GRIEFSHARE
Istrouma knows that losing a loved one is a painful experience. We offer GriefShare, a supportive and uplifting small group, so you don't have to go through it alone. Whether you need someone to talk to or just a shoulder a cry on, we're here for you.
DIVORCECARE
Divorce can be a painful, lonely process. DivorceCare, a small group focused on providing support and comfort to those going through a divorce, can help you stay strong throughout the ups and downs.
225MOMS
Are you looking to join a community of moms that understand the joys and struggles of parenthood? 225MOMS may be the perfect small group for you! This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month during the school year.
MIDWEEK KIDS
Istrouma believes that it's important for kids to gather for fellowship more often than once a week. Our midweek kids small group meets on select Wednesday nights during the school year.
MIDWEEK STUDENTS
While middle and high school can be a busy time full of extracurriculars, it's important for our students to meet during the week and strengthen their church community. Our midweek students small group meets on select Wednesday nights during the school year.
MIDWEEK YOUNG ADULTS
Whether you're a fresh college graduate or a new parent, finding community within your church body is a great way to build new friendships and strengthen your relationship with God. Our young adults meet in community groups throughout the week for a time of fun, fellowship, and worship.
