Istrouma offers an informative class, Starting Point, where you can learn all about our beliefs, vision, ministries, and how we serve. While Starting Point is required to place membership at Istrouma, you can attend without any obligation. Register today and get to know our church body!

Baptism 

Baptism is a picture of our union with Christ in his death, burial, and resurrection. It's our way of being purified and cleansed from sin, and allows us to be raised to new life in Christ.  Baptism is the all-important next step to becoming a Christian, after trusting God as your savior. Istrouma believes that baptism is an act of obedience and allows God to bless not only the person being baptized, but the entire church community, as well.
